Course Discription
This is an elective class that will run for one year. During that
time the student will spend time looking at Career Decisions and
how that will affect their future lives. Along with that the student
will be introduced to employee pay and benefits, federal income
tax budgeting and checkbooks. The student will also begin
learning about bonds, mutual funds and the stock market. The
remainder of the year will be dedicated to real life activities such
as buying a house, a car and insuring those items. We will also
reinforce reading and writing skills.
