Course Discription
The accounting course offers a starting point for building a
basic accounting background or an accounting career. The
study presents basic skills necessary for gaining entry into
the field of accounting. A general scope is used so that the
students may see application of basics in whatever career
field that they may choose after high school. An overall
picture of the total process of business systems, whether it
be a proprietorship, partnership, or corporation, is presented
to help provide a solid accounting base. Business simulations
are used to provide practical applications. Computer
applications may be used.
